Section 43
Presentation for payment
Promissory notes, promissory notes and checks for payment shall be written, accepted and presented to the drawee respectively within the time of the transaction by the holder or the holder. If not presented in this way, the other parties mentioned in the power of attorney will not be liable to such holder.
